Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet individual needs.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to ensure optimal coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Active insurance license in the state of Illinois (Property/Casualty or Life/Health).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client rapport.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their insurance goals.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
